  • No long-term commitments

  • No minimum quotas

Join the Team

The onboarding process is simple:

  • Sign an agreement: this allows us to work together with clear expectations.

  • Tell us about you: We gather your information and preferences to ensure we assist and interact with you and your patients how you want.

  • We build you in: We setup our systems, documents, and support materials to ensure you and your patients have a seamless experience. We want TMS Centers to feel like an extension of your own office and team.

Get Familiar

Once onboarded, you'll want to familiarize yourself with our provider resources. These include:

  • General TMS information & resources

  • Current status of all your patient Tx's.

  • Video recording of Tx's we administer for you.

  • Graphs of your patients PHQ 9 & GAD 7 surveys.

  • and more.

Providers can select a treatment plan and direct our trained staff to administer treatments per their instructions. Providers who are not present for a treatment can use our exclusive Provider Vision to review completed treatments and assess next steps. Providers are also welcome to personally operate the equipment.

Prescribe TMS

Provider has a patient they determine is struggling with a condition TMS can treat, like depression. They discuss the details of TMS with their patient. The patient decides they'd like to proceed. The provider schedules the MT on our website, perhaps while sitting with the patient. The provider collects patient payment, signed consents, etc.

Providers can always send patients to our website to learn more. Patients are also welcome to visit a TMS Centers location for a tour.

First Appointment (MT)

When scheduling the MT appointment, providers will outline the treatment plan they'd like their patient to receive. They can do this by selecting a common pre-built treatment plan (with its associated protocols) from a drop-down list or by creating a custom plan, outlining all aspects of treatment.

Providers can direct the MT and all continuing TMS treatments:

1) Through written instructions, or

2) In-person.

Providers who direct treatments via instructions will be able to review completed treatments and assess next steps anytime using our proprietary Provider Vision tool.

Continuing Treatments

As with the patients first MT appointment, providers have two options to direct all continuing treatments:

1) Through written instructions, or

2) In-person.

Our trained staff takes notes on every treatment. Every treatment is also audio/video recorded using our advanced Provider Vision. Providers will be notified immediately after each patient Tx by email, which will include a link to the Tx notes and videos.

Additionally, all data can be dowloaded or simply copy and pasted into the providers own EHR system. â€‹â€‹

Remember

TMS is all we do! Providers can relax knowing we're experts at supporting them and that our tools offer unparalleled 24/7 access and insight into their patient treatments!

When patients have questions about costs, their treatment plan, meds, etc. we always direct them back to the provider.

Providers offering TMS deliver healing that, for some patients, would never have been possible otherwise!
